Can Republicans Win in 2012

Hoping for a good primary in Montana

The GOP in Montana Needs a Primary.   We need to show that there are strong moderates in Montana in the Republican Party.  Step Up Candidates. Step up organizers and fundraisers.   Don't let the Sarahs and Michelles turn you away.  Look up the websites for Republicans for Choice and Republicans for the Environment.   See that Republicans are against the Death Penalty.

Then you will see that we can focus on the issues that are important for our future.   Only the nuts send out surveys that start with the pro life question to divide our party into one issue.   We do not have to be a party of hate.   If you will not run for office.  Then run for a delegate position.   Run for a precinct chair position so that you will be at the next convention.   We can take the anti-gay issue off the party platform.  We can control the party for the future.  We can elect who is the leadership going forward.   Join the Montana Conservation groups.

Just get on the ballot and take the party back away from the Nuts.  Without two good parties, the process is doomed...and then we are doomed.  Think about it.

I have given it some thought. In Anaconda, I am well known. I have served 3 terms on the school board and recently ran for Justice of the Peace. I am also known as a big supporter of President Obama (my license plate is OBAMA) and that my limit my value. In 2008 I rejoined the Democratic Party to work for Obama in the primary. But at present, I am an independent. So, with that in mind, I would be willing to work with "Democrats for Otjen" or something along the lines of that. I could sponsor you speaking to our Kiwanis, it is mostly Republican in a Democratic town. I would be willing to run in the primary as a Republican Precint Committeeman, but as I know all of the county Republicans, they probably would not be amused. Let me know if I can do anything else in the Anaconda-Butte area. Maybe set up something with the Grange at Divide in the Big Hole.
